MEDICAL INSURANCE is accepted and we will make every effort to coordinate with your policy.  However, we are not a party to the agreement between you and your insurance carrier. Our practice is in-network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wyoming. 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS without 24 hours' notice will be charged accordingly.
